Return & Refund Policy

At Byte, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

1. Returns and Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

• Return Period: You may return items within 14 days of receipt.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

• Exclusions: Custom-made items, perishable goods, lingerie/undergarments, or items that have been used are not eligible for return.

2. No Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item or a different size, please return the original item for a refund (subject to our return conditions) and place a new order for the item you prefer.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

   
   

   • Note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

    

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Cancellation Fees: In accordance with the law, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the item price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. No cancellation fee will be charged if the return is due to a defect or non-conformity of the product.
